Circle Easter Luncheon
Sunday, 25 April

Upholding a long-standing tradition of having a Circle lunch as soon after Easter Sunday as practical, President Terry Mulready (pictured right) hosted the fimction at the Hotel St. Pierre, the first of his Presidential Year.

After a long, cold winer, everyone welcomed the warm Spring day, which resulted in a large turnout of members, wives and friends. But, jst as the gathering was about to disperse, there was a torrential downpour during which, all took the opportunity to mingle and chat with friends whom they had not seen for a long time.

Sadly, there were a few faces missing who had been present at last year's gathering, viz. Vincent Healy, Jim Hetherington, our late President Bob Walker and Denise Patterson, the latter two whom we had llost only recently.

Otherwise, it was a very pleasant occasion with no long speeches and no raffle; most unusual for a Catenian function!
